On Saturday 17th June we held a brilliant and fun packed open day, celebrating the Centre and its youth and community groups.
The weather was glorious and the star activity ‘Water Wars’; a giant inflatable game where opponents battle it out with water balloons, provided hours of deliciously wet entertainment! Along with a stunning performance by ‘The Lightening Strikes’ one of our Rock School Youth Club bands, it was certainly a day to remember.
There was lots to do for all the family; a hugely popular tombola, a raffle, barbecue, refreshments stall, face painting and activities for children of all ages. Each child received a reusable goodie bag with the Centre logo printed on it and fun freebies inside.
