HYCC Job Vacancy – Youth Support Worker

We’re looking for a resourceful and motivated person to join our existing team of enthusiastic and innovative staff. At HYCC, we believe in young people. As a youth support worker, you will help run a youth work programme in Hungerford, including sessions for children and young people to provide a caring, safe and inspiring environment for young people.  

The role is perfect for someone truly committed to making a difference to young people, by creating an exciting youth programme which increases young people’s opportunities for a bright and successful future.  

Our popular and successful youth programme is expanding, we are seeking somebody with commitment to the role, who can connect brilliantly with young people whilst also work strategically to implement a wide-ranging programme of activities for young people.  

10 hours per week with an option for the right person to increase to 20 hours or more/week. Hourly rate: £12.70 to £15.
