We are hiring!

We are looking to recruit a resourceful and motivated person to join our team of youth workers.

As a youth support worker, you will work with a team of adult and young volunteers to plan and run our well established programme of youth sessions at our youth Centre. Our sessions are youth led and our young people are at the heart of everything we do.

A passion for supporting, listening and encouraging young people is essential for the role. Are you committed to making a difference to the young people of Hungerford? Are you organised, full of ideas and able to create an engaging and exciting environment?

Hours: 15 hours per week, with an option to increase to 20 hours or more per week, for the right person.

Hourly rate: £12.70 to £15.00 depending on youth related qualifications and experience.

Start date: 1st September 2025.
